Dave Potter is founder of Discovery-Dialogue-Direction, a consulting firm based in northern Idaho specializing in the areas of strategic vision, team dynamics, and shared leadership. He has been involved in corporate management and training for over 25 years, including 12 years as founder and CEO of an internationally recognized software company, teaching instructor-training courses at U.C., Berkeley, and managing a customer marketing group for Intel Corporation.
