** Wanderings Horse Country **

Hi Judy,
23 November 2003

I am in awe!  Never, NEVER have I seen such a demonstration of love.  If I could, I'd give you a hug you'd never forget - you've just got to be the most wonderful & caring person I've ever known.

With that in mind, Sally's site is being awarded the Wanderings Solid Gold award for excellence in design & content - especially content.  It has really been a pleasure and up-lifting experience, going through your page & pictures.  From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for the opportunity of seeing all this.

Your care & treatment of your magnificent Sally has been nothing short of heroic.  For this you're also getting our Trained With Kindness award, but there's more!

Every once-in-awhile we come across a website that goes far outside the norm.  In this case, we've come across a lady that far outshines anyone we've seen before - Judy, you are that person.  For your love, for the love of your life - Sally - I'd like you to accept our Special Appreciation Award.  In all the time we've issued awards, your pages are only the fourth site to receive this, our most special of awards.

On behalf of Blackie and myself, all the horses of the world, and most especially Sally, to whom you have shown the highest love, care and attention, thank you very much!

Hi Judy,                                                                                                                                 December 6, 2003

OK, now you've surprised me again. I didn't know about Ruby & DJ or this would have been on the first page. I don't think you have a page for them but this is special - ANY rescue is special. This one's from Blackie. You truly are a very special lady and you're touching an awful lot of people in a way that is really wonderful. I'm really glad we came together, you make life worth living.

BTW, you're only the 2nd person EVER to get all 4 of our awards, the first being the New Beginnings Equine Shelter - people who practically give everything they have to save horses.

** A Pony For Your Thoughts **

Hello Judy,                                                                                                                           December 8, 2003

Thank you for submitting Sally's story for consideration for Sunny's Award.  It is exactly the type of story that this award personifies, and I would be honored to have it displayed on Sally's page.

I read the entire story (here at work, when I should have been doing other things!) and just couldn't stop until I'd finished. Your love and concern for Sally is evident in every update, and your writing brings the reader right into the story with you.

Thanks again, and best of luck to you and Sally.

Christina Davison
