Etine Washing
Etine is Joziann’s older daughter. On the first day I was there, she said, “You are supposed to give me your dirty laundry.” I had hardly any dirty clother, but I gave them to her.
A few minutes later she was back. “You have to give me some soap, too.” I only had bath soap, but I gave it to her. She and Tabita started in gaily washing my clothes.
In a few minutes Joziann wandered past and said, “What on earth are you doing???” Evidently they were just playing. But now Joziann thinks that I need clothes washed right away, and that I don't even know what kind of soap to use to wash clothes. Oh geez….I get into tangles like this every day.
