Commission Junction definitely earned there number one rating with there timely payments and reliable tracking system. But a big part in there good rating is the number of merchants they offer. Out of all of the programs I have used CJ is so much easier and faster. They have many, many reports you can make to find out your best performing links and sites. I have found it is so much easier to find links that fit your site and get the HTML, when getting the HTML you can make it so it opens the link in a new browser and it can hide the tracking code.
