Opening

Jupiter

Into your deepening eyes I fall
in a rush of wordless suprise

opening and opening
I open now and forever

I hear the air like mist
and feel the wheeling stars like stone

When finally I turn away
A thousand ways alone

I stand so lightly and so tall
On a featureless darkened shore

The stars fall burning before me
hissing as the water snuffs them out
