ASIAN GRILLED CHICKEN

1 can chicken broth (1 ¾ cups)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
4 boneless chicken breast halves

MIX broth, soy, vinegar, sugar, garlic and red pepper in shallow non-metallic dish. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr. Remove chicken from marinade.

GRILL or broil chicken 15 min. or until done, turning and brushing often with marinade.

HEAT remaining marinade to a boil and serve with chicken. Serves 4.
