| BARBEQUE CHICKEN PACKETS 4
sheets aluminum foil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 C. barbecue sauce
1 can whole kernel corn drained or one package frozen
corn
1/2 C. chopped or sliced green bell pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Center one chicken breast
half on each sheet of aluminum foil. Spoon barbecue sauce
over chicken. Top with vegetables. Bring up sides of foil
and double fold. Double fold ends to form a packet,
leaving room for heat circulation inside pocket. Repeat
to make four packets. Bake 18-22 minutes. You can also do
this on the barbecue.
