BIRDS OF PARADISE

1 lb. package chicken breasts
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 T milk

Cube chicken into bite sizes pieces. Melt butter in large skillet. Mix egg and milk together in a bowl. Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, then dredge in the parmesan cheese. Brown in skillet all pieces, then lower heat and add wine. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove lid and cook for 10 minutes longer. Serve over pasta or rice.
