CARAMELIZED BAKED CHICKEN
Roast chicken pieces with a sticky, sweet and tangy coating.

3 pounds chicken drummettes, wings or legs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 cup honey
1 clove garlic, minced
dash salt
dash ground black pepper


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper and pour over the chicken.

3. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for one hour or until sauce is caramelized.
