| CHICKEN SCAMPI Prep

Serves: 6
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 - 3 beaten eggs
freshly crushed cloves garlic to taste
lemon juice
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 - 3/4 lb thin spaghetti
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain
and set aside.
2. Cut up chicken breasts into strips. Dip them into egg,
and then bread crumbs to coat.
3. Fry chicken breasts until cooked through.
4. In a separate saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic and a
little bit of lemon juice.
5. Pour butter mixture over cooked chicken breasts and
toss with cooked spaghetti. Enjoy!
