| CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE
CHEESE BALL 24 ounces cream cheese,
softened
1 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 Jar Dove ice cream topping
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 box gingersnaps
Combine cream cheese, chips and sugar, mixing well. Line
desired mold with Saran wrap and press mixture into pan.
Chill overnight. When ready to serve turn onto serving
plate, heat chocolate slightly and drizzle over cheese
ball. Sprinkle with pecans and serve with gingersnaps.
