CITRUS CHICKEN & RICE

4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can Chicken Broth (1 ¾ cup)
½ cup orange juice
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Orange slices for garnish

COOK chicken in nonstick skillet until browned. Remove chicken.

STIR in broth, orange juice, onion and rice. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. Return chicken to skillet.

COVER and cook 10 min. or until done. Stir in parsley and garnish with orange slices. Serves 4.
