DEVILED
EGGS
1 dozen eggs--hard cooked (not boiled) for 30 minutes
real mayonnaise
mustard
1 teaspoon garlic salt-more or less
1 Teaspoon any all-purpose seasoning
4 Tablespoons finely grated dill pickles
1 Tablespoon pickle juice
3 Tablespoons deviled ham or potted meat
Papricka for garnish
Cut each egg in half and put yolks in small bowl. Arrange
whites on serving plate. Add real mayonnaise to yolks and
mash with a fork until desired consistency. Add garlic
salt and seeasoning, pickles, deviled ham and mix well.
Fill egg whites.
