fruit (cut or sliced , if necessary, into bite size
pieces)
yogurt (your choice of brand, flavored, or plain)
granola (your favorite brand)
Using a fancy dish (I use a tulip shaped one that I also
use for ice cream sundaes), layer the above ingredients
one on top of the other (I do this twice) finishing off
with a sprinkling of granola. Example: 3 bite size cubes
of honeydew melon, 1 heaping tablespoon of strawberry
flavored yogurt, 1 heaping tablespoon of granola and
repeat. Looks elegant and tastes great!
