GARLIC SNOW PEAS
Here's a delicate and different vegetable dish to serve with chicken or fish.

2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 pound snow peas

In a non-stick skillet, saute garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes in olive oil two to three minutes. Add peas. Stir-fry three minutes, just until tender.
