GRILLED CAESAR CHICKEN SALAD

2 lbs. boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup Caesar Dressing to marinade chicken
**Use more as needed to baste chicken while cooking
1 head fresh romaine lettuce - cleaned and dry
2 raw zucchini - cut lengthwise
1 cup garlic croutons
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Marinade chicken in ziplock bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes (for a deeper flavor marinade overnight)
Grill or broil chicken while basting with Caesar dressing
Grill or broil zucchini slices
Arrange romaine lettuce on large platter or individual plates
Place chicken and zucchini slices on lettuce
Top with croutons and parmesan cheese
Drizzle with Caesar Dressing
Add freshly cracked pepper
