CHICKEN HERB GRILLED VEGETABLES

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 large red onion, thickly sliced
1 large green or red pepper, cut into wide strips
1 medium zucchini or yellow squash, thickly sliced
2 cups large mushrooms

MIX broth, thyme and black pepper. Brush vegetables with broth mixture.
GRILL or broil vegetables 10 to 15 min. or until tender, turning and brushing often with broth mixture.
Serves 6.
