HONEY-DIJON PASTA AND VEGETABLE SALAD
Take this side salad on your next picnic.

Serves 4-6

1/2 pound Penne pasta
2 cups Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard, country-style
1/4 cup Honey
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1/4 cup Cauliflower, chopped
1/4 cup Broccoli, chopped
1 medium Carrot, peeled and small diced
1 stalk Celery, small diced
1 small Yellow squash, small diced

Cook, drain, and rinse the pasta. Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and lemon juice. Toss in the pasta and vegetables. Chill well before serving.
