MEDITERRANEAN SALAD
Greek Salad Dressing
Fresh Romaine lettuce
Kalamata olives - black
Fresh sweet onion
Crumbled feta cheese
Ripe tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Rinse and dry Romaine lettuce
Tear Romaine leaves into salad bowl
Put in about a handful of olives
Place onion rings on top
Arrange tomato wedges around edge of bowl
Sprinkle fresh crumbled feta cheese across top
Dash with salt and pepper
Toss with Greek Dressing
Be creative...add marinaded and grilled sliced chicken,
shrimp or tuna for a complete meal.
